The RollWorks free tier of our platform is designed to empower B2B businesses like yours to reach their advertising goals with no monthly subscription fee! With this free version of RollWorks, you can effortlessly launch programmatic display, image, native, HTML5, and video ads, tap into the power of retargeting, and re-engage your site visitors, all while maximizing your campaign performance.
With RollWorks Free Tier you can:
- Launch & optimize cross-channel campaigns with Facebook/Instagram Campaigns
- Boost brand awareness and drive new visitors back to your website with Web Retargeting Campaigns
- Nurture existing contacts and customers with Contact Targeting Campaigns, import a CSV of contacts or import contact lists from HubSpot.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize performance with scheduled reports

1. Choose a Cookie Consent Banner

2. Track your website traffic with the Pixel
Installing the Pixel allows RollWorks to understand your website traffic and visitor behavior so that you can track high-value website audiences and conversion audiences in RollWorks, look at website analytics, and use these website activity insights on your target accounts.

3. Track your Conversion Audiences
Track visitors that come to the website that view high-value pages and complete a form fill. This helps provide data and insight on how effective your advertising and account-based programs are performing against your business goals and provides insight into customer activity on your website.

4. Import your Contact Lists from HubSpot, Marketo, or a CSV file
Bringing your own contacts to RollWorks as Contact Lists can help you engage these key buyers regardless if they have not visited your website, clicked on your ads, or engaged with your sales reps.
To import contacts you will need to connect your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) to RollWorks first

5. Configure General Exclusions
We strongly recommend that you tell us who are your existing competitors, customers, and coworkers so that you can decide when to exclude them from your advertising campaigns.

6. Privacy and security checklist
As you prepare to launch your first advertising campaign with RollWorks, you want to make sure that all privacy and data security compliance is in order. It is essential that you are following the website and Privacy Notice requirements, GDPR requirements & CPRA for California.

7. Setup your payment method
To launch campaigns you need to set up your payment method. You will be charged on a weekly basis for the amount of your weekly spend. We offer two payment methods you can use.

You can add multiple users to your account and grant them admin or general user access.

10. Create and upload your ad creatives

9. Launch your first advertising campaign
There are four types of campaigns that are available on your plan.
- Website Retargeting Campaigns - advertise on the web to your existing visitors and bring them back.
- Contact Targeting Campaigns - advertise on the web to a Contact List you already own. This contact list can be a CSV file or an imported contact list from HubSpot or Marketo.
- Lookalike Campaigns - advertise to customers that are similar to your existing website traffic.
- Facebook & Instagram Campaigns - advertise on Facebook & Instagram (completing the integration with Facebook is a pre-requirement).
Without a RollWorks package, you will not have access to Account Targeting Playbooks, Intent Playbooks, Web Retargeting Playbooks, LinkedIn Campaigns, or any account-based advertising features.
11. Measure campaign performance

Scheduled Reports to export campaign metrics on-demand or scheduled to be emailed to different users on a regular basis:
- Ad Placements By Campaign: where are people are seeing your ads?
- Ads Performance: How does performance vary among your ads?
- Campaigns Performance: How does performance vary among your campaigns?
- Granular Conversions: what drove your conversions?
- Add UTM tags to your RollWorks ads to see these parameters in Google Analytics.
