What is the HubSpot Integration
The HubSpot Integration connects your HubSpot account to the AdRoll ABM platform to power your account-based strategy. The HubSpot integration is bi-directional and allows you to push data from the AdRoll ABM platform to HubSpot Company records and vice-versa. At this time, with the HubSpot Integration for AdRoll ABM does not sync contact-level data to HubSpot. Only Account-level AdRoll performance metrics are available in HubSpot.

Who can access
To connect your HubSpot account to your AdRoll ABM account, you must have:
- A HubSpot Marketing Hub package including Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
- Any paid package. Depending on your Subscription you may have limited access to some data and features:

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.
Step 1. Connect HubSpot to the AdRoll ABM platform
Super Admin permission required
The HubSpot user performing the integration must have Super Admin access to grant the AdRoll ABM platform its necessary permissions, especially those related to "automation. The AdRoll ABM platform does not gain Super Admin access and only receives the specific permissions listed during installation.
- Ensure that the user performing this installation has Super Admin permissions in HubSpot.
- Log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Integrations > HubSpot and click Connect.
- Click Connect with HubSpot and you will be prompted to log in to your HubSpot account. Enter your HubSpot credentials and log in.
- If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, select the one you are looking to connect to the AdRoll ABM platform and click Choose Account.
- In the next screen, click Connect App and you will be taken back to the AdRoll ABM platform automatically.
- In the next screen, mark the checkbox Gain Access to powerful... and click Save.
- Click Done.
Success! You have connected your HubSpot and AdRoll ABM accounts.
Step 2. Delete Legacy Properties
Follow these steps to remove RollWorks Legacy properties from HubSpot, reducing user confusion and freeing up space.
As of April 14, 2025, the AdRoll ABM platform has transitioned to an enhanced set of custom properties, discontinuing data synchronization to legacy properties. When you integrate your account with HubSpot, both the new and legacy properties are created in your HubSpot instance, meaning you will see both sets of properties.
Data Sync
The data sync between the AdRoll ABM platform and HubSpot is scheduled daily at 9:00 am (UTC).
Troubleshooting the Integration
- Log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Integrations.
- Confirm the HubSpot card says Connected.
If the HubSpot Integration is not Connected, click Connect to complete the integration setup. Learn about it here.
If the HubSpot Integration is already Connected, confirm that you allow the AdRoll ABM platform to sync standard fields from HubSpot:
- Log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Integrations.
- Click the HubSpot card.
- Mark the checkbox labeled "Gain Access to powerful..." under HubSpot Data Sync Settings.
- Click Save.
Grant our Solutions Engineers access to your HubSpot
In case all of the above is set correctly and you are still facing issues, please contact our Customer Support Team.
