Salesforce Integration: Features and Benefits

The Salesforce Integration for RollWorks connects your Salesforce org to the RollWorks platform to power your account-based strategy. The Salesforce integration is bi-directional and allows you to push data from RollWorks to Salesforce and vice-versa. Who can access

To use the Salesforce Integration with RollWorks you must have:

  1. An API-enabled Salesforce edition such as Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition, Developer Edition, or Performance Edition. Click here to view the latest list of API-enabled Salesforce editions. To find out what Salesforce Edition your company has you can follow these instructions.
  2. Any RollWorks subscription paid package.

Your access to RollWorks features and data depends on your package

  • Your access to different RollWorks data sources synced to Salesforce may vary depending on your package.
  • Your access to different RollWorks product features powered by the Salesforce integration may vary depending on your RollWorks package.

To find your current subscription, log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.

Push ICP Fit grades to Salesforce

Grade the fit of your accounts based on your Ideal Customer Profile model using RollWorks machine learning and then push the ICP Fit Grade (A, B, C, D, E, or F) to your Salesforce account records.

Dynamically sync your Ideal Customer Profile model in RollWorks
Bring over your best existing customer accounts from Salesforce to RollWorks and keep them updated automatically based on the filter criteria you define. This Ideal Customer Profile will serve as your ICP model training data to grade the fit of your accounts and how closely they resemble your best customers.
Sync your email lists from Salesforce
Create Enhanced Contact Lists in RollWorks and keep them up to date automatically using the Salesforce sync. Then target these known contacts and leads with digital ads through Website Contact Targeting Campaigns or Facebook/Instagram Campaigns.

Use your Salesforce data to determine which accounts to engage with advertising Playbooks and Campaigns.

Deploy cross-channel orchestration
Use fit, intent, and engagement signals from RollWorks combined with your Salesforce data to engage these audiences with cross-channel orchestration using Workflows and Partner Integrations.
Identify Hot Contacts for your sales team

Generate a list of Hot Contacts in RollWorks to identify your existing Salesforce contacts that are raising their hand and should be nurtured by your sales team. Your sales reps can see recommended Hot Contacts directly in the Salesforce Sales Insights widget.

Display Account Spike data to your sales team to inform their outreach

With Sales Insights, we uncover account engagement signals for your sales team through email alerts of spiking accounts with contact-level insights and in-Salesforce information about the Account engagement with your website and advertising.

View RollWorks performance in Salesforce reports

Customize Journey Stages to track account progression

Utilize Salesforce data to define your RollWorks Journey Stages and to create new stages that align with your customer sales journey. View Journey Events in the RollWorks platforms to understand how the progress of your accounts using Journey Stages.

Push newly discovered accounts to Salesforce

Use RollWorks firmographic and intent data to discover new accounts that don't exist in your CRM already and push them to Salesforce as new Account records.

Push Intent Keyword to Salesforce

After selecting the intent keywords you want to monitor push these keywords to your Salesforce account records when an account is surging with intent.
