Free Ad Creative Services

RollWorks offers you a limited number of creative ads based on your subscription package, media spend, and contract terms including:

• • • Static ad set assembling.
    • HTML5 ad set assembling.
    • HTML in-banner video ad set assembling.
    • Resizing through file size reduction.
    • Resizing through pixel dimension adjustment.
    • Personalized Ads.

To find your current subscription, log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.

Static Ad Set Assembling

Assembling a Static Ad Set consists of:

• • 6 Image Web Ads (160x600, 300x250, 300x600, 970x250, 728x90, 320x50).
  • 3 Native Web Ads (600x315, 600x500, 600x600).
  • 1 Facebook & Instagram (1 ad size)
  • Uploading the set to your RollWorks Ad Library so that you can add them to your Campaigns and Playbooks or edit them as needed.

Does not include:

• Emailing you the source files.
• Bulk downloading your ad files.

The number of quarterly requests you can submit will vary based on your RollWorks package:

HTML5 Ad Set Assembly

Assembling an HTML5 ad set consists of:

• Creating 6 standard web ad sizes (160x600, 300x250, 300x600, 970x250, 728x90, 320x50)
• Uploading the set to your RollWorks Ad Library so that you can add them to your Campaigns and Playbooks or edit them as needed.

Does not include:

• Emailing you the source files.
• Bulk downloading your ad files.

The number of requests you can submit and the type of requests will vary based on your RollWorks package:

HTML5 In-banner video Ad Set Assembly

Assembling an HTML5 In-banner video ad set consists of:

• Creating 5 standard web ad sizes with embedded video (160x600, 300x250, 300x600, 970x250, 728x90).

Does not include:

• Emailing you the source files.
• Bulk downloading your ad files.
• The final output will not include sound.
• Our creative team doesn’t make or edit videos, you must provide video files ready to go.

The number of requests you can submit and the type of requests will vary based on your RollWorks package:

Resizing

Resizing services can consist of one of the following:

*Minimum monthly media spend may apply to be eligible.

Full Ad Sets created as a result of a resize request will count towards your quarterly Static Ad Set Assembly allotment and your HTML5 Ad Set Assembly allotment.

Submit a request: If you have a RollWorks paid contract

Contact RollWorks Customer Support or your Customer Success Manager to submit your request.

Your creative service request will be completed within 3-5 business days.

Submit a request: If you have a RollWorks Free Tier plan

If you don't have a RollWorks subscription you must submit your creative service request directly on the RollWorks platform following these instructions:

• Log in to RollWorks
• Create a new Campaign or edit an existing one
• While creating your Campaign you will be asked to select your Ads
• Click Request Free Ads

• Fill out the form with the required information and click Request
  • • Upload your brand assets: your logos and images.
      • • Recommended File Formats: .ai, .eps, .svg, .png, .jpg
        • File Size Limit: 20MB in total for all assets.
    • Enter the following fields: 
      • • Destination after clicking Ads
        • Title
        • Ad Copy
        • Description
        • Call to Action
        • Facebook Call to Action
        • Design Notes (Optional)

These ads will be automatically uploaded to your Ad Library and you will be notified via email. Your free ads can be assigned to any new or existing campaign. If your assets or content fail to meet RollWorks Ad Policies or Ad Content Guidelines, you will be notified via email to submit a new request.

Restricted Content

RollWorks will not provide ad creative services for the following categories:

• Illegal products or services (includes drug-related content)
• Discriminatory practices
• Alcohol and alcohol-related products
• Dangerous Products and Services
• Gambling
• Trade Restricted Countries
• Political Content
• Tobacco products and tobacco-related products
• Forex Trading
• Sensitive Interest
• Misleading Content
