Ad Library

The Ad Library is your central ad repository where you can find all your ads and search by type, size, status, name, campaign, inventory, URL, or label.

Within the Ad Library you can:

  • Create and auto-upload Image Web Ads including Image, Native and HTML5 using our AI-Powered Ad Builder.
  • Upload Ads you already have created. For HTML5 ads, contact support@rollworks.com for upload assistance.
  • Organize your creative ads into meaningful groups using Ad Labels so that you can easily filter, search, manage, and select ads when creating a campaign without scrolling through multiple rows of ads.
  • Request Free Ads by telling us your requirements and the RollWorks Creative Services team will make an ad set for you. Limitations apply.

Create new Web Ads with the AI-Powered Ad Builder
This tool allows you to create and upload the following ad types with a few clicks:
  • Web Static Image ad set
  • Web HTML5 ad set
  • Web Native Image ad set

Upload your own Web and Social Ads with the Ad Library Uploader

You can Upload existing creatives you already created using the Ad library Uploader

  • Web Static Image, Web Native, Web Video.
  • Facebook & Instagram.
  • LinkedIn.
  • Web HTML5 ads cannot be uploaded. Please email your HTML5 file to support@rollworks.com for assistance.

  • Navigate to Advertising > Ad Library or click here.
  • Click Upload and drop your Ad files or browse your computer.
  • Enter a Name for your Ad using a recognizable naming convention. We suggest using the same name for all ads in the same ad set, excluding Ad size, as RollWorks reporting can filter by Ad size regardless of the name. Keeping Ad messages consistent will simplify reporting.
  • Enter the Destination URL where the ads will direct a user upon clicking on the ad. 
  • RollWorks supports Google Analytics UTM Parameters. Learn about how to set up UTM parameters in this article.
  • Click Save.
Edit Existing Ads

To edit one or more ads, select the ad(s). This will display the  Edit, Clone, and Delete buttons at the top of the page. Follow the option to EditThese options can also be accessed by hovering over the ad you’d like to edit, and clicking on the ‘ … ‘ button which appears on the right of the row. 

  • For Web ads, you can edit:
    • Ad’s name
    • Destination URL
  • For Native ads you can edit:
    • Ad’s name
    • Destination URL
    • Text which accompanies your ad image
  • For Facebook and Instagram ads you can edit:
    • Ad’s name
    • Destination URL
    • Text which accompanies your ad image
    • Manage an optional call-to-action button
    • Please note that a duplicate ad will automatically be created instead of updating the existing ad.
Bulk Edit Ads
  • Select all ads you want to update, and then click Edit. This can be a mix of any ad types. 
  • Edit the field(s) you wish to change.
  • When a field is edited, the Apply to all button will appear. Click to have the new text applied to all selected ads which have this field type.
  • Save.

Note: Any edits made to the ads will trigger the Ad Review Process, and so the changes may not reflect immediately, it may take a couple of hours for the updates to be reflected on the dashboard.
