Push RollWorks accounts to HubSpot as new records

This feature allows you to create new account records when Trending Accounts are not in your HubSpot instance.

Adding Trending Accounts to your HubSpot will allow your sellers to start engaging with them right away so that they do not miss the chance to create new opportunities.

Based on your RollWorks package, we will display Trending Accounts based on the logic below:

RollWorks Package Trending Accounts logic

Fields we push to HubSpot

RollWorks will enrich the newly created account records with firmographic data. Below you will find the list that shows into which HubSpot Fields each RollWorks Field is being pushed:

RollWorks Field HubSpot Field
Company Name Name
Domain Company Domain Name
Company Size Number of Employees
Company Revenue Annual Revenue
Country Country

Account Owner in HubSpot

The Account Owner for the newly created Account records will be blank.

You can use the field RollWorks sourced = true to create logic in HubSpot to assign the new created accounts.

Why are certain properties not being created in HubSpot?

Sometimes, HubSpot administrators will customize the instance or layout such that the properties RollWorks writes data to are hidden, deleted, or read-only.  In these instances, RollWorks will still proceed with creating the Company record, but will not write certain firmographic data based on the properties that are hidden, deleted, or read-only.

Why is RollWorks not able to create Company records in HubSpot?

RollWorks may not be able to create a Company record in your HubSpot instance in the following situations:

  • Your HubSpot admin has required that certain fields are populated when the Company record is created, and RollWorks is not populating the required properties.
  • The user who completed the HubSpot<>RollWorks integration does not have the proper permissions to create Company records.
  • The HubSpot<>RollWorks integration was disconnected.
  • The Company Domain Name property on the Company record has been hidden, deleted, or is read-only.

Can I filter the accounts pushed to HubSpot?

Several filters are available for you to narrow down the number of accounts to push to HubSpot. Apply filters like ICP Fit Grade, Account List, Intent Data, and more before taking action.

How many new Account records can I push?

There is no limit to the number of account records that you can create during your RollWorks contract, however, you can only push accounts that appear in your Trending Accounts card. You will not be able to create more than 20,000 account records in one session.

How long does it take to create a new Account record in my HubSpot?
