This feature allows you to create new account records when Trending Accounts are not in your HubSpot instance.
Adding Trending Accounts to your HubSpot will allow your sellers to start engaging with them right away so that they do not miss the chance to create new opportunities.
Based on your RollWorks package, we will display Trending Accounts based on the logic below:

Who can access
You must have the following:
- A paid RollWorks package: Starter, Standard, Professional, or Ultimate.
- RollWorks integrated with HubSpot.
How to push RollWorks Accounts to HubSpot
- Navigate to Insights > Trending Accounts.
- Click the card called Not in HubSpot to see which accounts are not in HubSpot.
- Select the accounts that you wish to push to HubSpot and click Take Action. If you do not select any accounts and click Take Action, all accounts will be created in HubSpot.
- Select the Create Company Record from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm your decision by clicking Create in the next pop-up window.
Your selected accounts will be pushed to HubSpot, and a brand new account record will be created for each. We will create Standard Account Object records only.
Fields we push to HubSpot
RollWorks will enrich the newly created account records with firmographic data. Below you will find the list that shows into which HubSpot Fields each RollWorks Field is being pushed:

Why are certain properties not being created in HubSpot?
Sometimes, HubSpot administrators will customize the instance or layout such that the properties RollWorks writes data to are hidden, deleted, or read-only. In these instances, RollWorks will still proceed with creating the Company record, but will not write certain firmographic data based on the properties that are hidden, deleted, or read-only.
Why is RollWorks not able to create Company records in HubSpot?
RollWorks may not be able to create a Company record in your HubSpot instance in the following situations:
- Your HubSpot admin has required that certain fields are populated when the Company record is created, and RollWorks is not populating the required properties.
- The user who completed the HubSpot<>RollWorks integration does not have the proper permissions to create Company records.
- The HubSpot<>RollWorks integration was disconnected.
- The Company Domain Name property on the Company record has been hidden, deleted, or is read-only.
Can I filter the accounts pushed to HubSpot?
Several filters are available for you to narrow down the number of accounts to push to HubSpot. Apply filters like ICP Fit Grade, Account List, Intent Data, and more before taking action.
How many new Account records can I push?
There is no limit to the number of account records that you can create during your RollWorks contract, however, you can only push accounts that appear in your Trending Accounts card. You will not be able to create more than 20,000 account records in one session.
How long does it take to create a new Account record in my HubSpot?
The new account records will be available in HubSpot in approximately 20 minutes. If there is an error creating the account records, then the process could take up to 24 hours.
If you are creating more than 5,000 account records, that can take as little as 40 minutes. If there is an error creating the account records, that can take up to 48 hours.
Can I make this process automated or recurring?
The process to push account records to HubSpot is manual. If you wish to automate the process, please reach out to RollWorks Customer Support and provide that feedback!
Are the accounts in my General Exclusions settings automatically excluded?
The accounts that you have excluded using the RollWorks setting called General Exclusions, will not be automatically excluded from Trending Account results. However, you can select which accounts you want to push to HubSpot to create account records only for accounts you are interested in.
Does an account have to be on an Account List to be eligible to be pushed to HubSpot?
Trending Accounts does not need to be on an Account List to be surfaced, however, you can only push accounts that appear in your Trending Accounts card.
