Salesforce data available in RollWorks

RollWorks can ingest default and custom fields from standard Salesforce objects. Non-standard objects and their fields are not available.

The following table includes the Salesforce objects and fields available in RollWorks after you complete the initial Salesforce Integration setup.

Salesforce Object Salesforce Fields
Account

All fields in your Salesforce Account object are available in RollWorks.

⚠️  The 'website' field is used as a lookup to match your existing Salesforce accounts to the RollWorks account database. It is key that you ensure the website field in your Salesforce accounts is correct and properly maintained.

Opportunity

All the fields in your Salesforce Opportunity object are available in RollWorks.

Campaign

All the fields in your Salesforce Campaign object are available in RollWorks.

Contact and Lead

The email field on the Salesforce Contact and Lead objects is ingested by RollWorks when you sync them over to RollWorks as Contact Audiences. These emails are converted to cookies for targeting in Contact Targeting Campaigns.

⚠️ The 'email' field in your contacts and Leads is used to match your contacts to cookies for Contact Targeting. It is key that you ensure the email field in your Salesforce contacts and leads is correct and properly maintained.

Activities for Accounts, Opportunities and Contacts

Salesforce Activity data are tasks and events records ingested by RollWorks and surfaced when you look at the Journey Events associated with a specific Account.

⚠️ User lookup fields in your Account records are used to configure the Sales Insights Account Spikes email alerts sent to your sales team.

 

How to leverage Salesforce data in RollWorks

After completing the initial Salesforce Integration setup, RollWorks will automatically ingest the following Salesforce data fields so that you can:

Create Account Lists and Account Groups

Combine RollWorks company attributes, ICP Fit Grade, engagement, and intent with your own Salesforce data to create dynamic Account Lists and segment them into Account Groups.

Report on Salesforce opportunities and revenue influenced
Understand the RollWorks impact on pipeline revenue and closed-won business using the Revenue Impact Report.
Hand off Hot Contacts to Sales
Launch a Workflow to identify which Salesforce leads and contacts are engaging with your ads and website and hand them off to your Sales team directly in Salesforce.
Create ICP Models in RollWorks
Sync over your best Accounts from Salesforce as your ICP model training data to power ICP Fit Grade Account Scoring.
Create a "Hot Contacts" List
Create Saleforce-based Contact Lists to target known CRM contacts and leads that are engaged through Contact Targeting campaigns.
Use Journey Stages to inform your ABM measurement
Utilize Salesforce data to customize Journey Stages and view Journey Events to understand how your accounts' progress.
Run advertising playbooks
Use fit, intent, and engagement signals from RollWorks combined with your Salesforce data to engage these audiences with advertising Playbooks.
Deploy cross-channel orchestration
Use fit, intent, and engagement signals from RollWorks combined with your Salesforce data to engage these audiences with cross-channel orchestration through our Partner Integrations.
Exclude existing customers from your target audiences
Ensure that you are not displaying ads to your current customers and dynamically maintain exclusion lists using Salesforce. Learn more in this General Exclusions help center guide.
