RollWorks can ingest default and custom fields from standard Salesforce objects. Non-standard objects and their fields are not available.

Opportunity |

Contact and Lead |
The email field on the Salesforce Contact and Lead objects is ingested by RollWorks when you sync them over to RollWorks as Contact Audiences. These emails are converted to cookies for targeting in Contact Targeting Campaigns. ⚠️ The 'email' field in your contacts and Leads is used to match your contacts to cookies for Contact Targeting. It is key that you ensure the email field in your Salesforce contacts and leads is correct and properly maintained. 🔎 Visit the Salesforce Help Center to see a list of standard Contact fields and Lead fields. Keep in mind that you can create your own custom fields in Salesforce in addition to these. |
Activities for Accounts, Opportunities and Contacts |
Salesforce Activity data are tasks and events records ingested by RollWorks and surfaced when you look at the Journey Events associated with a specific Account. 🔎 Visit the Salesforce Help Center to learn more about tasks and event fields (collectively known as Activities) |

How to leverage Salesforce data in RollWorks
After completing the initial Salesforce Integration setup, RollWorks will automatically ingest the following Salesforce data fields so that you can:
Combine RollWorks company attributes, ICP Fit Grade, engagement, and intent with your own Salesforce data to create dynamic Account Lists and segment them into Account Groups.

Your Salesforce CRM data is your data. NextRoll, Inc. will not use this data outside of improving the platform capabilities of your RollWorks account. This data will not be shared with any other NextRoll, Inc. customers or external partners and will be stored and used in compliance with NextRoll, Inc.’s privacy notice.
By syncing your CRM data with the RollWorks Platform powered by NextRoll, Inc. you confirm that you have already provided notice to/and or obtained the appropriate consent from your customers that their data will be shared with NextRoll Inc. as required by applicable law.
