UTC Time zone is used for all reports
The AdRoll ABM platform and all report date stamps operate in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated)
Account-Based Engagement and Advertising Report lists all the accounts that were engaged with your website through your CTV and Web campaigns. It also includes advertising metrics such as spend, impressions, and clicks from the engaged accounts. This report is not customizable, so the metrics you can see in the report are the only ones available.

Access to create Account-Based Engagement and Advertising Report is available with all packages.

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.
How to download an Account-Based Engagement and Advertising Report
- Log in to AdRoll ABM, go to Advertising > Reports, and click the tab Scheduled Reports.
- Click on the Account-Based Engagement and Advertising Report.
- Select the Date Range.
- Select which type of AdRoll Advertising Impact Data you wish to include.
- Click Export.
Schedule reports to be emailed to your team
Add users to your account to send them reports
You can send scheduled reports to the email addresses of users who have been set up with access to your account. To add additional users to your accounts, go to this help center article.
- Log in to AdRoll ABM, go to Advertising Reports, and click the tab Scheduled Reports.
- Hover over the Account-Based Engagement and Advertising report.
- Click Schedule.
- Select the Frequency:
- Daily: Previous day's data is delivered each day.
- Weekly: Previous week's data is delivered each week on whichever weekday you choose.
- Monthly: Previous month's data is delivered on the first day of each month.
- Select which type of AdRoll Advertising Impact Data you wish to include.
- Advertising Metrics.
- Engaged Visitors.
- Journey Stage.
- Opportunity Data.
- Select the email recipients under Email to:
- Select your email address to send the report to you only.
- Select an additional email address if you want to send the report to additional recipients.
- Select All to send the report to all the users set up in your account.
- Click Schedule.
