The UTC Time zone is used for all reports
The AdRoll ABM platform and all report datestamps operate in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).
The Ad Performance Report helps you understand the performance of each individual ad creative. You will be able to compare ad metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and others among your ad creatives. That will help you to determine which ads are the most effective and which ones you should update or remove.
The report by default will include the following:

Who can access
Access to create an Ad Performance Report is available with all packages.

To find your current package, log in to AdRoll ABM and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.
How to download an Ad Performance Report
- Log in to AdRoll ABM, go to Advertising > Reports, and click the tab Scheduled Reports.
- Click on the Ad Performance Report.
- Select the date range.
- Click Export
- Select Download as Excel or Download as CSV.
Schedule reports to be emailed to your team
Add users to your account to send them reports
You can send scheduled reports to the email addresses of any users who have been set up with access to your account. To add additional users to your account, go to this help center article.
- Log in to your AdRoll ABM account, go to Advertising > Reports, and click the tab Scheduled Reports.
- Hover over the Ad Performance Report
- Click Actions and select Schedule from the dropdown.
- Select the Frequency:
- Daily: Previous day's data is delivered each day.
- Weekly: Previous week's data is delivered each week on whichever weekday you choose.
- Monthly: Previous month's data is delivered on the first day of each month.
- Select the email recipients under Email to:
- Select your email address to send the report to you only.
- Select an additional email address if you want to send the report to additional recipients.
- Select All to send the report to all the users set up in your account.
- Click Schedule.
Customize Report
The Ad Performance report is customizable. To adjust it to your needs, you can do the following:
- Add or remove metrics as additional columns.
- Adjust the order of columns.
- Group data by campaign, ad groups, ads, and time interval.
