What is the NetLine INTENTIVE Integration

The NetLine INTENTIVE Integration with RollWorks allows you to maximize your ABM motions taking your target account lists to the next level with buyer-level intent.

NetLine is the a buyer-level intent platform delivering real-time insights into who is actively expressing intent in an account, what actions that person is taking, when those actions took place, and uniquely where those actions occurred. NetLine INTENTIVE is uniquely powered by first-party data, offers buyer-level transparency, and exclusively blends online and offline Event Intent data.

 

Who can access

In order to access NetLine INTENTIVE, you must have the following:

  • An active NetLine INTENTIVE subscription
  • An active RollWorks package

Recommended, but not required:

  • An active HubSpot or Salesforce plan
  • NetLine leverages HubSpot or Salesforce to automate the data sync to RollWorks, however, a mutual NetLine <> RollWorks customer can simply export data from NetLine and upload to RollWorks manually.

NetLine INTENTIVE Data available

The RollWorks<>NetLine INTENTIVE integration operates through Salesforce & HubSpot. INTENTIVE data can be written to Salesforce and HubSpot, and RollWorks can ingest Salesforce & HubSpot data.

Use Cases

If you are syncing INTENTIVE data to Salesforce:

  • In order to ensure INTENTIVE Data is synced into RollWorks by way of Salesforce, you will need to write the INTENTIVE Data fields from the custom object to the Standard Account Object.
  • RollWorks will ingest all data from your Standard Salesforce objects on a daily basis.
  • The Salesforce data ingested by RollWorks can be used to:

If you are syncing INTENTIVE data to HubSpot:

  • By default, RollWorks will ingest all data on standard objects from HubSpot on a daily basis.

If you don't sync INTENTIVE data to Salesforce or HubSpot:

  • You can still use INTENTIVE to power your RollWorks Ad Strategy if you are not syncing data back to Salesforce or HubSpot, or do not have the support to write the INTENTIVE data to the Salesforce Account object.
  • To do that, you will need to download the accounts showing INTENTIVE Insights.
    • Navigate to your INTENTIVE dashboard and find the Export All Activity section.
    • You can apply any filters to make your dataset specific to your use case.
      • Common filters include your ICP such as company size and industry.
      • You can also focus on certain job levels, high intent scores, and confirmed projects to hone in on your most engaged accounts and their buying committees. 
  • Then upload the CSV file to RollWorks. When creating your Account List CSV make sure to follow the file requirements below:
    • Ensure the CSV file is a single column of website domains
    • Delete any headers and additional columns
    • Don't include subdomains, subpaths or URLs, only use main website domains, i.e. netxroll.com
