You can create a list of contacts matching your own customized criteria using the RollWorks feature called Enhanced Contact Lists. This feature will return a list of contacts that already exist in your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and that match the filter logic you define.
To define your list RollWorks offers you a broad variety of filters such as Advertising Activity, Website Activity, Bombora Company Surge, Keyword Intent, Marketo Activities, etc. The specific data filters available to you depend on your RollWorks package.
