Contact List Builder: Data filters available

You can create a list of contacts matching your own customized criteria using the RollWorks feature called Enhanced Contact Lists. This feature will return a list of contacts that already exist in your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and that match the filter logic you define.

To define your list RollWorks offers you a broad variety of filters such as Advertising Activity, Website Activity, Bombora Company Surge, Keyword Intent, Marketo Activities, etc. The specific data filters available to you depend on your RollWorks package. Read on to learn more about each data filter.

The type of data filters available to create an Enhanced Contact List may vary depending on your RollWorks package.

To find your current subscription, log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.

 

Contact Website Activity filters

Contact Website engagement activities are tracked by RollWorks through the Pixel at the individual Contact level.

  • Page Views
  • Page Views + URL

RollWorks Ad Driven Traffic*

  • Ad Driven Page Views
  • Ad Driven Page Views + URL
  • Ad Driven Conversions

* Definition: by an account, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view, to any cookie within the same account.

Example: So let's assume this rule: Ad Driven Page Views >= 7 in the last 90 days

What we're finding is: Any account had 7+ page views on the website in the last 90 days, whereby the page views happened within 30 days after receiving an impression.

Use this data source to add Contacts that already exist in your Salesforce instance based on your own Contact fields, Contact Activities, and Lead objects.

All your existing Salesforce fields within these objects will be available and searchable as long as the original integration user has permissions to access the fields.

Use this data source to add Contacts that already exist in your Salesforce instance based on your own Account fields, Account Activities, and Opportunity objects.

All your existing Salesforce fields within these five objects will be available and searchable as long as the original integration user has permissions to access the fields.
