Contact List Builder: Data filters available

You can create a list of contacts matching your own customized criteria using the feature called Enhanced Contact Lists. This feature will return a list of contacts and leads that already exist in Marketo, HubSpot or Salesforce and that match the filter logic you define.

 First-party data sources

When creating an Enhanced Contact List, AdRoll ABM will query the following 1st-party data sources:

  • Your Salesforce instance to pull Contact and Lead records
  • Your HubSpot instance to pull Contact records
  • Your Marketo instance to pull Lead records

To define your list criteria we offer you a broad variety of filters such as Advertising Activity, Website Activity, Bombora Company Surge, Keyword Intent, Journey Stage, etc. The specific data filters available to you depend on your package.

Use this data source to add Contacts or Leads that already exist in your CRM instance based on your own Opportunity fields.

Your existing Salesforce fields within the Campaign object will be available and searchable.

When using the Salesforce Account Campaign filter in an Enhanced Contact List, the list will pull all contact and leads under the account queried.

In this example, there are 67 Campaign Members under a Salesforce Campaign.

When creating an Enhanced Contact List in the AdRoll ABM platform using this Account Campaign filter, we will query the accounts associated with the 67 Campaign members and return all contacts and leads that exist in your CRM under the accounts queried. Resulting in 6,878 contacts/leads. 

 

Salesforce Contact Campaign Fields

Salesforce Contact Campaign Fields

When using the Salesforce Contact Campaign filter in an Enhanced Contact List, the list will pull only the contacts or leads under the Campaign Members.

The object is a junction object that connects a Campaign to a Lead or Contact. When you add a Lead or Contact to a Campaign, a Campaign Member record is created. This record stores information specific to that individual's involvement in the campaign (e.g., Status, Responded checkbox).
