Push RollWorks accounts to Salesforce as new records

This feature allows you to push Trending Accounts that are exhibiting high Bombora/G2 intent and engagement on your website and that are not yet part of your CRM directly to your Salesforce instance.

Adding trending accounts to your Salesforce will allow your sellers to start engaging with them right away so that they do not miss the chance to create new opportunities.

Based on your RollWorks package, we will display Trending Accounts based on the logic below:

Account Owner in Salesforce

The Account Owner for the newly created Account records will be the unassigned alias you defined in your Salesforce instance. Click here to learn how to find your unassigned alias in Salesforce.

You can use the field RollWorks sourced = true to create logic in Salesforce to assign the new created accounts.

Why are certain fields not being created in Salesforce?

Sometimes, Salesforce administrators will customize the instance or layout such that fields RollWorks writes data to are hidden, deleted, or read-only.  In these instances, RollWorks will still proceed with creating the Account record, but will not write certain firmographic data based on the fields that are hidden, deleted, or read-only.

Why is RollWorks not able to create Account records in Salesforce?

RollWorks may not be able to create an Account record in your Salesforce instance in the following situations:

  • Your Salesforce admin has required that certain fields are populated when the Account record is created, and RollWorks is not populating the required fields.
  • The user who completed the Salesforce<>RollWorks integration does not have the proper permissions to create Account records.
  • The Salesforce<>RollWorks integration was disconnected.
  • The Website field on the Account record has been hidden, deleted, or is read-only.
