Salesforce Integration: Add RollWorks Custom Objects as Related List

After the initial RollWorks App installation in Salesforce and user permissions are complete you may elect to surface some RollWorks data as related lists in your Account, Contact, and Lead layouts, to. make RollWorks data easier to find for your Salesforce users.

We recommend configuring your page layouts using Salesforce Object Manager as follows:

  1. Add 'RollWorks Aggregated Account Data' custom object as a Related List to your Standard Account objects
  2. Add 'RollWorks Aggregated Contact/Lead Data' custom object as a Related List to your Standard Contact objects
  3. Add 'RollWorks Aggregated Contact/Lead Data' custom object as a Related List to your Standard Lead objects
