Salesforce Package Updates Feb 2026

CRM Branding and Reporting Updates

On February 18, 2026, we will be updating our CRM integrations to reflect the rebranding of RollWorks to AdRoll ABM. Below is a summary of the changes and what action is required, if any.

Streamlined branding

All Salesforce App components have been rebranded from "RollWorks" to "AdRoll."

No action is required. The daily CRM data export and your reports will not be impacted, as brand name changes were made only to display labels, not the underlying API field names.

New Out-of-the-Box Dashboard, Reports and improved customization

Along with the new ability to edit out-of-the-box reports by adding your own Custom Fields, we’ve released a new out-of-the box Dashboard that surfaces spiking accounts, known contacts, and key interactions across a sales representative’s assigned accounts, helping you quickly identify where to focus outreach.

  • Reports were stored in a folder called 'RollWorks Custom Reports'.
  • You couldn't edit out-of-the-box reports by adding your own Custom Fields.
  • Newer versions or reports can be found under the 'AdRoll Custom Reports' reports folder
  • You can edit out-of-the-box reports by adding your own Custom Fields.
  • Legacy reports from previous package versions under the “RollWorks Customer Reports” folder can be deleted. Here is the list of everything you can safely remove.
  • New out-of-the-box 'AdRoll Account Engagement & Priority Dashboard' to quickly onboard your sales team.

Legacy object deletion flexibility

Now you can safely delete both legacy data records, legacy objects, and legacy fields to free up both storage space and custom field usage (previously, you could delete legacy data records from legacy RollWorks objects to free up storage space in SalesForce but could not delete legacy objects and fields). Legacy reports from a previous package version under the “RollWorks Customer Reports” folder can also be deleted.

While no mandatory action is required, this is a good opportunity to clean up legacy objects in a way that was not previously possible, and can help free up storage space in your CRM.
