During the initial Installation of the RollWorks ABM app in your Salesforce instance your CRM administrator must Opt-In the Salesforce Data Sync in the RollWorks ABM app settings.
Contact your Salesforce Administrator to Opt-in data sharing with RollWorks:
- Log in to Salesforce
- Launch the RollWorks ABM App
- Click the RollWorks Settings tab
- Select Yes, opt-in to data sharing
- Click Save
If the Opt-In is not enabled you may experience issues with the Salesforce integration:
- Unavailable Salesforce filters when building Account Lists and Contact Lists
- Unavailable Salesforce filters when customizing Journey Stages
- Unavailable Salesforce filters when customizing Workflows
- Missing data in the Revenue Impact Report
