Don't delete

- The property RollWorks Sourced. This property can be found under the group called RollWorks Data.
This article outlines the process for identifying and safely removing outdated AdRoll legacy properties in HubSpot, helping you maintain a clean CRM and utilize the most up-to-date data.
As of April 14, 2025, we have transitioned to an enhanced set of custom properties, discontinuing data synchronization to legacy properties. When you integrate with HubSpot, both the new and legacy properties are created in your HubSpot instance, meaning you will see both sets of properties.
It's advisable to remove legacy properties for these reasons:
- Data Accuracy: Legacy properties are no longer updated by the integration, meaning the data they contain may be blank or outdated.
- Better End User Experience: Legacy properties can lead to inconsistent data, as users might accidentally populate them or wonder if they should be used. Removing them ensures your data is focused and reliable.
- Decluttering: Unused properties can count towards limits (depending on your plan and the property type).
How to Identify Legacy Properties
When viewing or adding our properties in HubSpot (e.g., in reports, views, or property settings), they will include the prefix RWLEGACY and can be safely deleted or archived.
How to delete Legacy Properties
- Ask your CRM admin to delete or archive only properties with the prefix RWLEGACY.
- Learn more about deleting and archiving properties in the HubSpot Knowledge Base.
- If you accidentally delete a new AdRoll custom property in HubSpot, don't worry. They will be created and populated with data on the next daily sync.
