HubSpot Integration Settings Page

Grant a RollWorks user account to your CRM admin

We recommend adding your CRM admin to your RollWorks account so that they can log in at any time, view and edit your HubSpot Integration settings.

To adjust your HubSpot Integration Settings click here or log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > HubSpot. If you have not integrated RollWorks with your HubSpot org you will not be able to access these settings. Follow the steps in this article to complete the initial integration setup.


View your Integration Status

This section will provide you with the general information about your integration.

1. Status of your integration.

2. Button to disable the integration. This will stop the sync, but will not uninstall the RollWorks ABM package from your HubSpot Instance. If you want to completely remove the RollWorks ABM App from your instance, contact our Customer Support team.


Import Lists

This section allows you to select the HubSpot Contact Lists that you wish to import to RollWorks.

Click the button labeled Import Lists to view all available HubSpot Contact Lists.

Select the Contact List(s) that you wish to import and click Done.

HubSpot Data Sync Settings

Check this box to confirm that you allow RollWorks to sync standard fields from HubSpot.

Select your preferred Sync cadence

HubSpot and RollWorks bi-directional sync can be configured every 24 or every 6 hours.

API Limits

More frequent syncs may cause your CRM to reach API limits.


Share RollWorks data with HubSpot

Toggle this button to approve sharing RollWorks data with HubSpot.

Select HubSpot as your Default CRM

In the event that you have both Salesforce and HubSpot integrated with RollWorks, this setting allows you to select which one should be your Default CRM. RollWorks will consider this CRM to optimize your experience in the platform.

The following RollWorks features can only be configured for your Default CRM:

  • Sales Insights features: Seat Assignment, Account Spike email alerts, Account Spike reports in CRM, and the Sales Insights Widget in CRM.
  • Revenue Impact report: this report uses your CRM data to show the influence of RollWorks advertising in your pipeline volume, potential revenue, closed won revenue and deal velocity.
  • RollWorks data-sync to CRM: RollWorks will write Advertising and Insights data to your Default CRM only, so that you can build reports or automations.
  • Account Record Creation: from the RollWorks Command Center you can push the creation of new Account records to your default CRM.
  • Contact Record Creation [Closed Beta]: from RollWorks Workflows you can create new Contacts or Leads to your default CRM


Select your Revenue Field in HubSpot

Here you can select the Revenue Field in your HubSpot Deal Object that we should use to calculate $ Amounts revenue-metrics in the Revenue Impact Report.

Select the Total Revenue Value recorded against a Deal Object

You should carefully select the appropriate Deal Object amount field that reflects the total revenue value recorded against a Deal Object.

When selecting the Revenue Field from the dropdown, we will display any standard and custom opportunity fields that have a numerical value. These values will differ from the ones shown in the screenshot below because they are customized by your Sales Ops team. Speak to your CRM Administrator or Sales Ops team to find out the field used to capture the total amount value of your deals.


Contact Property Mapping

Contact Property Mapping is a critical step to configure how RollWorks creates contacts and leads in your HubSpot instance, ensuring that data flows smoothly and accurately. Currently, field mapping customization is available for HubSpot Contacts to support the creation of these records when you launch a Contact Discovery Workflow.

Company Property Mapping

Currently, field mapping for HubSpot Company Record Creation is fixed and cannot be customized. It has a view option that allows you to preview the default Company Record Field Mapping.
