Email Preferences is a setting of your RollWorks account that allows you to opt-in or opt-out from receiving specific email communications from RollWorks.
Managing your system email preferences
To manage your email preferences individually for Optimizations, Billing, and Ad Campaign status:
- Log in to RollWorks and go to Settings > Email Preferences
- Select the specific email communications you would like to receive from RollWorks:

- Customized Help and Performance Suggestions: Emails designed to help optimize your ABM program performance.
- Billing Receipts: Emails notifying you about credit card charges.
- Campaign and Ad Notifications: Information about your campaigns and ads that have been approved, disapproved, or have ended.

- Click Save
Subscribe to Marketing emails
To unsubscribe from all marketing emails:
- Go to https://pages.adroll.com/Subscribe-to-RW.html
- Enter your first name, last name, country and email address
- Click Subscribe
Unsubscribe from all Marketing emails
To unsubscribe from all marketing emails:
- Go to https://www.nextroll.com/email-preference-center
- Enter your email address
- Check the box Unsubscribe from all NextRoll marketing communications
- Click Unsubscribe
