System and Marketing Email Preferences

Email Preferences is a setting of your RollWorks account that allows you to opt-in or opt-out from receiving specific email communications from RollWorks.

 

Managing your system email preferences

To manage your email preferences individually for Optimizations, Billing, and Ad Campaign status:

  • Log in to RollWorks and go to Settings > Email Preferences
  • Select the specific email communications you would like to receive from RollWorks:
      • Customized Help and Performance Suggestions: Emails designed to help optimize your ABM program performance.
      • Billing Receipts: Emails notifying you about credit card charges.
      • Campaign and Ad Notifications: Information about your campaigns and ads that have been approved, disapproved, or have ended.
  • Click Save
