How do I log in to my RollWorks account?
To log in to your RollWorks account click here and enter your email and password credentials.
Your email is the username you will use to log in to your RollWorks account. Ensure that you are using the correct email address associated with your RollWorks account. If you are unsure search RollWorks in your email inbox. When you sign up for the first time, we send you a welcome email like the one below.
How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password, we will email you a password reset link to the email address associated with your RollWorks account:
- Go to this page and click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your RollWorks account and click Retrieve my Password.
If you are still having trouble logging in, contact RollWorks Customer Support.
Please provide your full name, email address, and your company website. If you contact us from a different email address than the email address used for your RollWorks account, we will ask for additional information to help us keep your account safe.
Password Requirements
Your password can be a mix of letters, numbers, or symbols, and is case-sensitive. To make sure your password is strong enough, it must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least three of the following:
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character
Your new password must be different from your five most recent passwords.
My RollWorks account has been locked
After five failed login attempts within 30 minutes, you'll be temporarily locked out of your RollWorks account for your own security.
If you have been temporarily locked from your RollWorks account you can either wait 30 minutes and then enter your correct password, or you can reset your password immediately.
Automatic Password Reset
Optionally, If you are a RollWorks Account Administrator, you have the option to enable forced Password Reset for all the users in your RollWorks account. Enabling this feature will automatically require all users to change their passwords every 90, 120, or 180 days.
To enable automatic password reset for all users:

Click here or navigate to Settings > Company > User Permissions.
- Toggle on Automatic password reset enabled.
- Select how frequently you require a password reset: 90, 120, or 180 days.
