You cannot use Media Credits for LinkedIn Campaigns

If you have LinkedIn credits or media credits as part of your contract, they cannot be used towards your LinkedIn campaign spend. WE will bill you for your LinkedIn Campaign spend separately from your Media Credits.

LinkedIn Campaign reports in the AdRoll ABM platform

After you launch a LinkedIn Account Targeting Campaign, your next step is to measure its performance.

Differently from other Campaigns, LinkedIn Campaigns only allow reporting on the following metrics to preserve their members' privacy:

  • The top 10,000 accounts with 3+ impressions, sorted by impressions per day.
  • Click data for accounts with 3+ clicks.
  • Conversion data for accounts with 3+ conversions.
  • Spend data for accounts with 3+ clicks.
  • Log in to AdRoll ABM, go to 'Advertising' > 'Campaigns & Playbooks', and click on the 'Web & Social Campaigns' tab.
  • Use the filter 'Channel' to select 'LinkedIn' to only view LinkedIn Campaigns.

Click on the LinkedIn campaign name you wish to look into.

On the next page, you will see the specific LinkedIn Campaign details, including reporting on the performance of your individual campaigns:

  • Impressions
  • CTR
  • Spend
  • Conversions
  • CPA

These metrics are updated hourly.

Conversion Lead Type

For Conversions, we automatically sync overall Conversion Audiences except for any conversion audiences labeled as Non-Lead Page

This means that every Conversion tracked by LinkedIn should be a form fill (as you defined when you created your Conversion Audiences).

Account-level reporting

To drill-down and see media and conversion metrics at the Account level, click the Accounts tab on the specific Campaign page details.

If you select a date range where we do not record activity meeting LinkedIn's privacy threshold of 3 conversions for a given account within the date range, we will show a purple 'i' indicating showing that we do not have sufficient data to share.

Aggregated advertising reports

You can see the combined impact of all of your Campaigns and Playbooks on your Account Lists in the Advertising Engagement Report.

🚨  In the Advertising Engagement Report you will see aggregated metrics for all your campaigns and Playbooks. At this time, it is not possible to filter to see aggregated reporting for LinkedIn Campaigns only.

Log in to AdRoll ABM, go to Advertising > Reports, and click the Engagement tab.

Filter by the Account list that you are targeting with your LinkedIn Campaign.

The Advertising Engagement Report will only populate data from the LinkedIn campaign that meets the LinkedIn privacy threshold. For example, if an account does not meet the minimum display clicks in the LinkedIn campaign view, it also will not display in this report.
