What is the Opensense Integration?

The RollWorks and Opensense integration helps mutual customers unify messaging across display, social, and email channels.

Opensense automatically adds the email banner Ads applied in your RollWorks Playbooks and Campaigns into the outbound emails that your customer-facing teams send to prospects and to customers.

To find your current subscription, log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.

 

How do I set up the Opensense Integration?

  • On the Opensense homepage, select Admin > Domain Settings 1.png
  • In Domain Settings, select Connect to RollWorks2.png
  • Complete oAuth           3.png4.png

 

How do I use the Opensense Integration with RollWorks?

After completing the steps to connect your Opensense and RollWorks accounts outlined here you are ready to start using the integration.

Follow the steps below to automatically add the email banner Ads in your RollWorks Account Targeting Playbooks to the outbound emails sent by your sales team:

  • Upload at least one email banner Ad to RollWorks:
      • Ad banner size 500x100.
      • Ad banner size 400x80.
      • Click here to learn how to upload Web Image Ads to RollWorks.
  • Add these email banner Ads to your existing RollWorks Account Targeting Playbooks.

🏁  You are done!  After completing the steps above, when a Sales Rep or anyone in your organization sends an outbound email, Opensense will query the recipient's email domain against the domains targeted in your RollWorks Campaigns and Playbooks. If there is a match, Opensense will inject the same email banner that is being used in the RollWorks Campaign or Playbook into the email sent.


📝  If you add multiple recipients with different domains in the same email (for example if you email john.smith@company-A.com and cc jane.doe@company-B.com) then each person will see their respective Opensense banner as long as both domains are being actively targeted through a RollWorks Account Targeting Playbook and each has a respective Opensense banner uploaded.

 

Best Practices

  • Send the same message to the same target accounts across display, social, and email channels to increase awareness and engagement.

  • Sequence your message based on where a target account is in their buying journey.

  • Set up a 'default' banner in Opensense to ensure that banner is included in outbound emails sent to prospects who work at companies that are not targeted in RollWorks.
