What is the Opensense Integration?
The RollWorks and Opensense integration helps mutual customers unify messaging across display, social, and email channels.
Opensense automatically adds the email banner sizes (500x100 and 400x80)--applied in your RollWorks Playbooks and Campaigns--into the emails that your customer-facing teams send to prospects and to customers.
Who is eligible to access?
RollWorks customers on a Starter, Standard, Professional, and Ultimate package can take advantage of the Opensense integration.
To find out what subscription package you have, login to the RollWorks platform and visit the Plan & Usage page under Settings.

Integrating RollWorks and Opensense
- On the Opensense homepage, select Admin > Domain Settings
- In Domain Settings, select Connect to RollWorks
- Complete oAuth

Set up 'default' banners in Opensense to ensure a banner is included when emailing prospects who work at companies not targeted in RollWorks.
