What is 2-Step Verification?
2-step verification is an optional account setting that adds an additional layer of security to your RollWorks account in addition to your password. If your turn on 2-Step Verification, you will need to retrieve a six-digit verification code from your phone every time you log in to your account. You can set this up through SMS or with an authentication app.
2-Step Verification through SMS
- Open this page or navigate to Settings > Password and Security.
- Toggle on Text message verification
- Enter your phone number and click Continue.
- Enter the verification code you receive on your phone through a text message.
- Click Confirm.
2-Step Verification through Authentication App
- Download an authentication app. We recommend Google Authenticator.
- Open this page or navigate to Settings > Password and Security.
- Toggle on Mobile app verification.
- Follow the four steps to Set Up Mobile App Authentication and click Confirm.
