RollWorks tracks your website activity through the Pixel and aggregates visitor engagement metrics at the Account and Contact level. You can use Page Views, Unique Visitors, Conversions, and URLs Visited as filters in different areas of the RollWorks platform as filters to create Account Lists, Contacts Lists, customize Journey Stages, and Workflows.
Using URL Visited filters and operators

Using the operator [=] will capture traffic to the exact URL entered. For example URL Visited [=] rollworks.com/category

- Will not capture any UTM parameters such as rollworks.com/category?utm_category=test
- Will not capture pages under the path /category/ such as rollworks.com/category/page1

Using the operator [contains] will capture all the pages that contain the character string category in their URL. For example URL Visited [contains] category

Using Account Website Activity filters
You can use Account Website Activity filters in the following RollWorks features:
- Contact List Builder: Create CRM contact lists within accounts that match your desired firmographic attributes.
- Journey Stages: Track how the accounts in your Account Lists are progressing along the buying journey from unaware to won opportunity and into renewal opportunity using firmographic attributes.
- The RollWorks Command Center: Find accounts matching your desired firmographic attributes and other signals like intent and journey stage, to push them to your CRM as new records, or create new Account Lists. Please note Technologies is not available as a filter in the Command Center.
- Workflows: Automate your go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging RollWorks Company attributes, and other account data and insights from RollWorks across your connected systems with a built-in orchestration tool that brings your GTM tech stack together.
