RollWorks Website Activity filters

RollWorks tracks your website activity through the Pixel and aggregates visitor engagement metrics at the Account and Contact level. You can use Page Views, Unique Visitors, Conversions, and URLs Visited as filters in different areas of the RollWorks platform as filters to create Account Lists, Contacts Lists, customize Journey Stages, and Workflows.

Website Activity data is available at an Account-level and at a Contact-Level:

Account Website Activity from all website traffic

Filter Definition User Interface
Page Views The number of times a page has been viewed by an Account in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. You can filter page views for a specific URL or any page view.
Unique Visitors

The actual number of people from an Account who have visited your website at least once during the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. This number does not increase if a previous visitor returns to a page multiple times.

Conversions The number of conversions tracked by RollWorks for an Account in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days. Learn more about how to define your conversions in RollWorks

 

Account Website Activity from Ad Driven Traffic

Ad Driven Page Views

The number of times a page has been viewed by an Account in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view, to any cookie within the same account.

You can filter page views for a specific URL or any page view.

Ad Driven Unique Visitors

The actual number of people from an Account who have visited your website at least once during the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view, to any cookie within the same account.

This number does not increase if a previous visitor returns to a page multiple times.

Ad Driven Conversions

The number of conversions tracked by RollWorks for an Account in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view, to any cookie within the same account.

Using Account Website Activity filters

You can use Account Website Activity filters in the following RollWorks features:

  • Contact List Builder: Create CRM contact lists within accounts that match your desired firmographic attributes.
  • Journey Stages: Track how the accounts in your Account Lists are progressing along the buying journey from unaware to won opportunity and into renewal opportunity using firmographic attributes.
  • The RollWorks Command Center: Find accounts matching your desired firmographic attributes and other signals like intent and journey stage, to push them to your CRM as new records, or create new Account Lists. Please note Technologies is not available as a filter in the Command Center.
  • Workflows: Automate your go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging RollWorks Company attributes, and other account data and insights from RollWorks across your connected systems with a built-in orchestration tool that brings your GTM tech stack together.

The number of times a page has been viewed by an Contact in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view for that contact.

You can filter page views for a specific URL or any page view.

Ad Driven Conversions

The number of conversions tracked by RollWorks for a Contact in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days, whereby there was also at least 1 impression in the 30 days prior to the page view, to that contact.
