After you purchase an ABM package, we will assign a dedicated Onboarding Success Manager who will guide, enable, and set you up for success with us. Our team will build a customized onboarding plan that is designed to help you reach your goals faster.

In the next 45-60 days, your Onboarding Success Manager will:
- Define your highest priority business goals and build a robust strategy on how to help achieve them with the AdRoll ABM platform.
- Guide you to complete the essential technical configurations to use the AdRoll ABM platform: Pixel placement, CRM integration, Partner Integrations, and tracking form-fill submissions on your website.
- Unify all data signals into a single pane, surface insights, and highlight demand with our ABM command center.
- Align Journey Stages to the customer lifecycle, from prospect to renewal, to track overall account progression.
- Guide you to use data insights on in-market activity to your sales team to inform them of personalized outreach.
- Enable you to effectively measure the impact of your programs with reports and in-platform measurement training sessions.
