Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights (MDCI) helps users create unified profiles of customers to enable better segmentation and insights to drive marketing and sales efforts. The RollWorks and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights integration allows mutual customers to sync email audiences from Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights into RollWorks and engage them through digital ads. 

Who is eligible to access?

In order to take advantage of the RollWorks and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights integration, you must: 

  • Have a RollWorks subscription package: Starter, Standard, Professional, or Ultimate subscription.
  • Have Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights license
    • You have configured segments in Customer Insights.
    • Your customer profiles in the exported segments contain a field representing an email address.

Features and Benefits

Features:

  • Create target audiences as segments in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights.  The segments in Microsoft Dynamics should be contacts you want to engage in RollWorks. 
  • Sync MDCI segments as connected audiences in RollWorks and enable dynamic updates.  Every time a new contact is added or deleted from the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights segment the RollWorks connected audience will be updated.
  • Connected Audience activation in RollWorks. Connected Audience can be used and activated like any other email audience in RollWorks to target with ads.

  • Reach Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights contacts through RollWorks’ digital advertising to drive awareness and nurture known contacts with targeted messaging through ad campaign strategies on Web and Facebook.

Pricing

  • Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and RollWorks integration is included in the package subscription for RollWorks Starter, Standard, Professional and Ultimate packages.
