Excluding Conversion Audiences

Exclude a conversion audience to avoid showing ads to people who have already completed a purchased. We recommend excluding conversions audiences to help allocate campaign budget more efficiently.

Exclude a new conversion audience from an existing campaign:

  1. Go to your Ad Campaigns tab.
  2. Select the campaign that you wish to edit.
  3. Click Edit in the upper-right corner.
  4. Go to the Audience section.
  5. Click Choose.
  6. Select the conversion audience with the $ sign.
  7. Under the Target or Exclude column, switch the toggle to say Exclude.
  8. Click Choose.
  9. Save.
