What are Email Preferences?
Email Preferences is a setting of your RollWorks account that allows you to opt-in or opt-out from receiving specific email communications from RollWorks.
How do I manage my Email Preferences system emails?
To manage your email preferences individually for Optimizations, Billing, and Ad Campaign status:
- Login to RollWorks and go to 'Settings' > 'Email Preferences'
- Select the specific email communications you would like to receive from RollWorks:

- Customized Help and Performance Suggestions: Emails designed to help optimize your ABM program performance.
- Billing Receipts: Emails notifying you about credit card charges.
- Campaign and Ad Notifications: Information about your campaigns and ads that have been approved, disapproved, or have ended.

To manage your email preferences individually for :
- Go to the NextRoll email preference page
- Enter your email address
- Select the specific email communications you would like to receive from us:

- Subscribe to Announcements: Enables marketing email communication from NextRoll about digital marketing, blog posts, and promotions.
- Subscribe Sales and Support: Allows our sales and support teams to email you with product, feature, or service recommendations as well as promotions and rebate eligibility.
- Subscribe to Product Release and Update: Allows you to receive updates about recently released or updated NextRoll products, features, or services.
- Subscribe to Live Events: Enables the email notification of upcoming conferences, meet-ups, webinars, or group discussions pertaining to digital marketing or NextRoll services.

How do I unsubscribe from RollWorks marketing emails?
To unsubscribe from all marketing emails:
- Go to the NextRoll email preference page
- Enter your email address
- Click 'Unsubscribe from all NextRoll marketing communications'
- Click ' Update Subscription'
