To log in, enter your credentials at app.adroll.com.
If you're unable to access your account, make sure you're using the right:
- Email address: The quickest way to tell if you are using the right email address is to log in to your email account and search for an email from AdRoll. When you sign up, we send you a welcome email.
- Password:Your password can be a mix of letters, numbers or symbols, and is case-sensitive. If you forgot your password, we'll email you a password reset link. Make sure you use the same email you used to sign up. See here for more information on Password Security with RollWorks.
If you are still having trouble logging in, reach out to the Customer Support team via the chatbox with your website URL using the email address you used to sign up. If you are using a different email address to contact us, we will ask for additional information to help us keep your account safe.
