How do I change my Personal Information in RollWorks?

To view or change your Personal Information stored in your RollWorks account:

  • Login to RollWorks
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Personal Information'
  • Edit any fields that need to change
  • Click 'Save'

Any changes you make here will only apply to your individual login view, even if there are additional users on your account. 

 

How do I change my First and Last Name?

  • Login to RollWorks
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Personal Information'
  • Select 'Edit First Name'
  • Click 'Save'

  • Click 'Save'

How do I change my Email Address?

  • Login to RollWorks
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Personal Information'
  • Select 'Edit Email Address'
  • Click 'Save'

When you edit your email address, you will need to verify this new email address before it will be saved or used by NextRoll. For more information on this email verification process, please see Email Verification for RollWorks customers

Your email is also the username you use to access your RollWorks account. As activity occurs on your account that needs your attention or we launch new products and features, we’ll email you to let you know. If you don’t want to be contacted by email, you can adjust your email settings in 'Settings' > 'Email Preferences'.

You cannot edit your email address to be the same as an existing user. This also includes users that do not have access to your account.

How do I change the language for my RollWorks account?

  • Login to RollWorks
  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Personal Information'
  • Select 'Edit Email Address'
  • Click 'Edit Language' and select your preferred language
  • Click 'Save'

  • The language you set is specific to your login. If there are additional users on your account, they'll have independent control of their default language.

  • AdRoll bills in USD. Adjusting your language does not adjust currency. Please reach out to your account manager or the Customer Support team for help with currencies.

  • Your account is standardized to the UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). Adjusting your language does not localize the timezone.

  • We support the following languages: Dutch, English (US/UK), French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.
