How do I change my First and Last Name?
- Open this page or navigate to Settings > Personal Information.
- Click Edit First Name, update your first name, and Save.
- Click Edit Last Name update your last name, and Save
The changes will only apply to your individual user account.
How do I change my email address in RollWorks?
To view or change your Personal Information stored in your RollWorks account:
- Open this page or navigate to Settings > Personal Information.
- Click Edit Email Address and update your email.
- Click Save.

Your email address will be the username you use to access your RollWorks account. As activity occurs on your account that needs your attention or we launch new products and features, we’ll email you to let you know. How do I change the language for my RollWorks account?
The RollWorks platform is available in the following languages: English (US/UK), Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.
- Open this page or navigate to Settings > Personal Information.
- Click Edit Language and update your preferred language.
- Click Save.
The language you set is specific to your login. If there are additional users on your account, they'll have independent control of their default language.
How do I change my billing currency?
Your RollWorks invoices are billed in USD only. At this time is not possible to change the currency for your billing.
How do I change the time zone for my RollWorks account?
Your account is standardized to the UTC time zone (Coordinated Universal Time). All reports, time selectors, and data are based on UTC. At this time is not possible to change the time zone for your RollWorks account.
