How to Create an Account Group

Account Group Overview

An account group is a subset of a target account list and is used for activating an advertising audience within the RollWorks Engagement solution. An account group can be created based on a combination of filtering attributes such as: Alexa rank, Company Industry, Company Revenue, Company Size, Country, Technologies.

How to create an Account Group

  1. Click on “Create Group” under the List Optimizations section within your target account list.1-_Create_Group.png
  2. You can then filter by attributes such: as Alexa rank, Company Industry, Company Revenue, Company Size, Country, Technologies.2_-_Attribute.png
  3.  You can add additional companies to new/existing account groups by clicking Manage List → Upload Accounts → Upload CSV → Add accounts to new group / existing group3_-_Manage_List.png

FAQs

Can I add an account to multiple Account Groups?

No, an account can only live in a single Account Group.

Are Account Groups dynamic?

No, not in the sense of setting enter and exit criteria. For example, if you created an Account Group based on the Company Size filter, the Account Group will NOT automatically add/remove companies over time - you could do this manually.

Is there a maximum number of Account Groups that can be created?

There is not a maximum number of Account Groups, however, there is a maximum of 10,000 accounts that can belong in a single Account Group.
