What is our new parent company name?
The new parent company name is NextRoll, Inc. We have changed the parent company name from AdRoll, Inc., dba AdRoll Group, to NextRoll, Inc., but the names of our existing business units, AdRoll and RollWorks, have not changed.
Is this a legal name change?
Yes. The company’s legal name is now NextRoll, Inc.
Why did we change our company name?
We want our company name to reflect the range of products and services we now offer. Over the past two years, we have expanded our product portfolio to offer data and marketing technology in addition to advertising products. The previous company name of AdRoll Group was a reflection of where we started. The new company name of NextRoll is a reflection of where we are and where we are going.
Does this mean the company has been purchased or sold?
No. There has been no change in ownership of the company.
How does this impact my contract?
Our standard online Terms of Service have been updated, primarily to reflect the company name change. For those customers who have previously negotiated a Terms of Service with us, you may be contacted soon regarding signing an amendment to reflect our company name change. Both parties are expected to honor the terms of already signed Insertion Orders and Order Forms.
What does this mean for RollWorks customers?
There are no changes to the day-to-day operations and service of customer accounts. Customers can still log in to their RollWorks account and access their information in the same way they’ve always accessed their accounts. If customers need assistance or have questions they can contact their account manager or support@rollworks.com.
Will there be a change to how my account is serviced?
Customer services and support will not change due to the company name change.
