Use the RollWorks Prospector Chrome Extension to easily find contacts and their email addresses from a company’s website with just one click.

Below are steps on how to download and navigate the RollWorks Prospector Chrome Extension: 

Step 1: Go to the Google Chrome Store and download the extension.

Step 2: Visit a company's website you are interested in engaging contacts from. Click on the extension icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click View Data and then login to your RollWorks account.

Note: you will need to have a RollWorks account to be able to utilize the RollWorks Prospector Chrome Extension. If you don't a RollWorks account and would like one- we'd love to hear from you! Send an email to for more information. 

We recommend specifying whether you'd like to generate Business and/ or Personal email addresses. 

To set this up, click on your settings icon on the bottom left-hand corner of the Prospector modal. Under the Email Fetching options, select whether you'd like to generate Business, Person or both Business and Personal email addresses

Step 3: View the Enrichment data we have for that company. 

Step 4: Clicking on the Account Contacts tab in the Prospector you'll be able to see the first names and job titles of the contacts we have in our database that match that company's domain. Select the contacts you'd like to redeem and push Fetch Email. When you've purchased the contact, you'll be able to assign this contact to a specific audience, to an email sequence or choose to do that later.  

Pro Tip: You can see where each contact is located to make sure you're targeting contacts in the right geographic area. Note: Once you push Fetch Email, all of your contacts will go through a verification process to ensure all the information is up to date. Any contact that does not pass this verification process will result in the contact being removed from your account and a credit being added to your balance. 

Step 5: When a contact has been redeemed it will be added to your RollWorks contacts table and the contact will be assigned to the audience you selected within the extension. 


Frequently Asked Questions 

What audience will my contacts be tagged as?
Your contacts will be assigned to the RollWorks Connector Audience by default. You can change this at anytime by viewing your contacts details and selecting a different audience. 

What if I've already engaged 3 contacts from that company- will I still be able to redeem more contacts? Is there a cap?
Yes, you will be able to engage more than 3 contacts from a company. Since you're choosing to redeem and engage these contacts there is no cap. 

If I've uploaded a blacklist to my RollWorks account will those companies and contacts also be blacklisted in the Prospector? Yes, if you try to redeem a contact from a company on your uploaded blacklist you will receive a message saying this contact was moved into a Stopped - Contact Blacklisted state.
