How do I verify my work email address for Sales Automation?

Once your account owner has added you as a sales rep you will receive an email from Support to verify your work email address. 

Emails can not be sent to your contacts on your behalf until you have verified your work email. The red 'x' next to your name in your RollWorks portal indicates that your email address has yet to be verified. 

Once you have verified your work email address the 'x' will switch to a green checkmark. This checkmark indicates that you can be assigned to generated leads and emails can be sent on your behalf. 

 

How do I verify my work email using Gmail?

Step 1: Go to your verification email titled Action Required - Verify your work email and click the authentication link.

Step 2: Click next step

Step 3: Select the email address you'd like to verify and push allow. 

 

How do I verify my work email using Outlook 365?

Step 1: Go to your verification email titles Action Required - Verify your work email and click the authentication link 

Step 2: Input your email address, the username (same as email address), and password. Use outlook.office365.com and 993 as your server name and port.
