What are common reasons for transferring Sales Automations Contacts?
- A sales rep leaves your company or moves to a different role.
- Multiple sequences come to an end and you'd like to reassign those contacts to a new sequence.
How do I Transfer Sales Automation Contacts to a Different Rep or Sequence?
Step 1: Log into your RollWorks account and go 'Sales Automation' > 'Contact Data' > 'Your Contacts'
Step 2: Use the filters at the top of your contacts table to only include the contacts you'd like to transfer.
For example, if you'd like to transfer all the contacts from Shereen to Rachel, push the rep drop down arrow and select Shereen's name. This will narrow down your contacts table to only include contacts that were engaged or redeemed by Shereen.
Step 3: Select the contacts you'd like to reassign by clicking the ⃞ in the upper left corner of the contacts table.
Note: If your contacts table has more than one page of results, by default, only the first page will be selected. If you'd like to select the contacts from all the pages click the select all option.
Step 4: Once you've narrowed down and selected your contacts, click the Action button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select adjust rep/ sequence.
Step 5: Select whether you'd like to transfer these contacts to a new rep, a new sequence or a new rep and sequence.
If you transfer contacts to a new rep mid sequence, moving forward, these contacts will be engaged via the new rep.
If you transfer contacts to a new sequence (between the hours of 10 am - 5 pm) these contacts will be sent the first email of that new sequence that day. If you re-assign contacts to a new sequence outside of the hours of 10 am - 5 pm, emails will be scheduled to send the following day.
Note: if you'd like to send emails from your new sequence immediately, make sure your sequence has been turned on.
