How do I export Sales automation Contacts?
Step 1:
- Login to RollWorks and go to 'Sales Automation' > 'Contact Data'
- Click the tab 'Your Contacts'
Step 2: Select the contacts you'd like to export by clicking the checkbox in the upper left corner of the contacts table. By default, if your contacts table has more than one page, only the first page will be selected. If you'd like to select the contacts from all the pages click the Select All option.

Step 3: Select whether you'd like to export all your contacts or a subset of contacts. If you'd like to export a subset of contacts, use the filters at the top of your contacts table to only include the contacts you'd like to export.
For example, if you'd like to export only data from contacts that responded positively, click on the status drop-down arrow and select 'Stopped - Positive Reply'. This will narrow down your contacts table to only include contacts that are in the Stopped - Positive Reply state.

Step 4: Once you've narrowed down and selected your contacts, click the action button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and select export. You will be sent an email when your download is completed.
