ABA Onboarding: Access RollWorks

Now that your Onboarding process has officially started the first step is to log into RollWorks. In this guide, you will find resources to help verify your email address, change your password, and create additional logins for any coworkers who will also need access to the RollWorks platform.

1. Verify your email address and activate your account

☑️ Find your RollWorks welcome email in your inbox (check your Spam / Junk folder if you don't see it)

☑️ Verify your email address & log in to the RollWorks platform for the first time

☑️ Create a new password

 

You can begin your technical setup

Your Onboarding Success Manager will create your RollWorks account, follow the instructions in this article to activate your account

2. Set up Two-Factor Authentication (TFA)

When you log in to RollWorks for the first time you will be prompted to set up Two Factor Authentication (TFA). This step is compulsory to help protect your account against unauthorized account access. This will be required unless you log in to RollWorks via SSO.

☑️ Choose and configure at least one method. Your options include mobile app verification or text message verification

You will now be able to protect your account against unauthorized access and now you can log into the platform and create user logins

3. Add your teammates to RollWorks

Collaboration is key for a successful ABA program! We strongly recommend adding your Marketing, and Operations teammates as RollWorks users so that they can use RollWorks reports and leverage our data insights. You can grant them full access as an Administrator or limited access as a General User.

The good news is there are no charges and no limits to the amount of users you may have added to your RollWorks account.

☑️ Click here to add your teammates to your RollWorks account as new users

☑️ Ask your teammates to activate their accounts. Their invitations will expire within 2 weeks

Your teammates will have access to the RollWorks platform to understand what the outstanding items are to set up the platform. Once you launch your program they will be able to use reports and data insights

4. Use the Home Page to track your onboarding progress

☑️ Learn how to navigate the different sections of the RollWorks platform

Once you and your team log in successfully, you will have access to your RollWorks platform and can start to navigate your way around the UI and officially begin Onboarding
