If your organization has multiple RollWorks profiles actively syncing data to one Salesforce Instance, we strongly suggest that your Salesforce admin creates two separate sets of RollWorks reports and dashboards, one for each RollWorks Profile.
For each Account record, we will create one RollWorks Aggregated Data record. If you have multiple RollWorks Profiles we will create one RollWorks Aggregated Data record for each RollWorks Profile connected to Salesforce.
Apply the following filters to only display data from one specific RollWorks profile in your reports:
- Log in to one of your RollWorks Profiles and navigate to Settings
- Click Advertiser Profiles under Company
- Copy the Name listed for this RollWorks Profile
- Log in to Salesforce and find the folder RollWorks Custom Reports under Shared with me
- Edit each report and apply the following filter:
- Repeat this step for each individual report that needs to be filtered by RollWorks Profile.
