RollWorks Advertising Activity filters

RollWorks Advertising Activity attributes are marketing activities generated from RollWorks Playbooks and Campaigns, encompassing ad impressions and ad clicks, and tracked by the Pixel. Advertising Activity filters can be used in different areas of the RollWorks platform as filters to create Account Lists, Contact Lists, customize Journey Stages, and Workflows.

Advertising Activity data is available at the Account-level and the Contact-level:

Account Advertising Activity filters

Filter Definition User Interface
Ad Impressions The number of times an Account has viewed an ad in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

Ad Clicks The number of times an Account has clicked an ad in the last 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

 

Using Account Advertising Activity filters

You can use Account Website Advertising Activity as filters in the following RollWorks features:

  • Account List Builder: Create account Lists and Account Groups to target them with ads.
  • The RollWorks Command Center: Find accounts matching your desired firmographic attributes and other signals like intent and journey stage, to push them to your CRM as new records, or create new Account Lists. Please note Technologies is not available as a filter in the Command Center.
  • Workflows: Automate your go-to-market (GTM) strategy, leveraging RollWorks Company attributes, and other account data and insights from RollWorks across your connected systems with a built-in orchestration tool that brings your GTM tech stack together.
  • Journey Stages: Track how the accounts in your Account Lists are progressing along the buying journey from unaware to won opportunity and into renewal opportunity using firmographic attributes.
