Excluding mobile or desktop placements from your advertising

Warning: Excluding placements is not recommended and will impact advertising performance

Excluding mobile app and/or mobile web placements from displaying your ads can severely restrict your reach and cause the campaigns to underspend or not spend at all.

 

Who can access

Access to advanced placement exclusions depends on your RollWorks package:

To find your current subscription, log in to RollWorks and navigate to Settings > Billing > Plans & Usage.

 

Mobile and desktop placements available

We can exclude mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop placements from displaying your ads. This is an advanced internal setting that can only be applied to one campaign/playbook at a time and you will not be able to adjust on your own.

 

How to send a request to RollWorks

If you would like your ads to not appear on certain mobile or desktop placements please contact RollWorks Customer Support and provide:

  • Link and name to the campaigns/playbooks you want to apply this exclusion
  • Type of exclusion(s) you want to apply:
    • Exclude mobile web
    • Exclude mobile app
    • Exclude desktop

Please keep in mind that we may recommend not applying certain exclusions if we foresee that your advertising performance will be severely impacted.
