Salesforce Integration: Edit your Salesforce Page Layouts

After completing the initial RollWorks App installation in, RollWorks will automatically create these custom objects and custom fields in your Salesforce instance and we will sync data daily.  By default, RollWorks' custom objects and fields will not be visible to your Salesforce users, until you edit your existing Salesforce page Layouts and add the RollWorks custom objects as related lists.

Ensure your CRM Admin completes this step

This is a critical step, in the initial Salesforce integration setup that only needs to be completed once. If you skip this step your Salesforce users will not see any RollWorks data fields then they look at an Account, Contact, or Lead record. However RollWorks data will continue to be pushed to your Salesforce instance and available through reports.
