Legacy feature
RollWorks Discovered Accounts is a legacy feature that may not be available for new RollWorks customers. This legacy functionality is available through the RollWorks Command Center and the Account List Builder. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or RollWorks Customer Support with any questions or feedback.
What are Discovered Accounts
Discovered Accounts is a RollWorks feature that allows you to uncover accounts you may not be aware of yet but that are a good fit for your product or services because:
- They match specific firmographic criteria you are looking for in a potential customer (Company Size, Revenue, Industry, Country HQ, Technology) AND/OR
- They have a high ICP Fit grade score (we recommend using A & B only), which means they closely resemble your Ideal Customer Profile model.
Discovered Accounts also allows you to find new high-fit accounts to extend your own 1st-party data, or to join against your own 1st-party data when own 1st-party data that may have some data discrepancies.
As part of your RollWorks package, you have access to a limited number of Discovered Accounts that you can redeem when you use only firmographic data and/or ICP Fit grade to build an account list. The redemption of your Discovered Accounts only occurs when you save an Account List using 'RollWorks Company Attributes' and/or 'RollWorks ICP Fit Grade' without joining any other sources.
To find your allotted number of Discovered Accounts log in to RollWorks and go to Settings > Plan & Usage.
Your number of Discovered Accounts depends on your RollWorks package and it may be prorated based on the length of your subscription.

What counts towards my Discovered Accounts limit?
Upon saving your Account List (not list preview), RollWorks will deduct one Account Discovered credit for each account that is retrieved due it to being in a filter block defined only by RollWorks Company Attributes and/or ICP Fit Grade.
- If 'RollWorks Company Attributes' and/or 'RollWorks ICP Fit Grade' is joined with any other data source (e.g., RollWorks Keyword Intent, Salesforce Account Data, etc) via an 'OR' statement, then the accounts yielded will count against your Discover Accounts allotment.
- If 'RollWorks Company Attributes' and/or 'RollWorks ICP Fit Grade' is joined with any other data source (e.g., RollWorks Keyword Intent, Salesforce Account Data, etc) via an 'AND' statement, then the accounts yielded will not count against your Discover Accounts allotment.
If the Account List previously existed, and you edit the list logic, RollWorks will deduct Discovered Account credits only for accounts that were not on the list prior to saving. However, if the account was on the list at a previous point in time, and then subsequently removed from the list, the credit will be deducted when it’s re-added to the list.
So that you don't need to remember these rules, RollWorks will inform you if your account list logic will redeem from your available pool of Discovered Accounts and will warn you when you will exceed your limit.
The following table contains examples to help you understand which accounts yielded from your Account list logic will count toward your Discovered Accounts limit.
